Coverage
HVAC service areas
Sixteen markets across Fort Bend, Harris, Brazoria and Waller counties, worked from one office on Murphy Road in Stafford. How quickly we can reach you depends on which one you are in, so the groups below run from nearest to furthest.
Where we start from
What being based in Stafford actually changes
The office sits on Murphy Road in Stafford, a city of roughly seven square miles bordered by Houston to the north, Sugar Land to the west and Missouri City to the south and east, with the Southwest Freeway running through its northwestern side.
That position is why the markets below hold together as a service area rather than a list. Sugar Land is immediately west, Meadows Place immediately north, Missouri City immediately south and east. The southwest Houston neighbourhoods are a short run up the freeway, and Fort Bend County opens out to the south and west along Highway 6 and US 90A. Almost none of it involves crossing Houston.
It matters most for the calls where time matters: a house with no cooling in August, or water coming through a ceiling. On those, the distance between the van and your driveway is the only variable that counts.
Worth knowing before you call
- Your address or at least the nearest cross streets
- Whether this is an emergency or something that can be scheduled
- What the system is doing
- Whether it is a house or a commercial property
24/7 emergency HVAC service. Office monday - saturday, 9:00am - 6:00pm.
Coverage at a glance
Where the work actually happens
Stafford sits near the middle of it. Sugar Land, Meadows Place and Missouri City are minutes away. Katy to the north-west, Rosenberg to the west and Pearland to the east are twenty miles or more.
Coverage
Service areas across Fort Bend, Harris and Brazoria counties
Two things change from market to market: how quickly we can reach you, and who issues the mechanical permit when a system gets replaced.
Around the Stafford office
Everything within roughly fifteen minutes of Murphy Road, which is the radius where same-day and emergency work is realistic.
Stafford
The home market. Mixed housing ages and an unusually large commercial corridor.
Meadows Place
Under a square mile, one developer, one decade. The houses repeat and so do their faults.
Sugar Land
Five decades of master-planned neighbourhoods, each with its own failure pattern.
Missouri City
Sixty years of housing inside one city, from Fondren Park to Sienna.
Fort Bend County, south and west
Further out along Highway 6, the Fort Bend Tollway and US 90A. Mostly scheduled work: replacements, ductwork and airflow rather than thirty-minute emergency runs.
Sienna
One community holding thirty years of construction, and a great many two-system houses.
Fresno
Unincorporated, so nobody inspects a changeout here. That raises the stakes on the install.
Richmond
Where most addresses that say Richmond are not actually in Richmond.
Rosenberg
A railroad town with houses older than residential air conditioning itself.
Southwest Houston neighbourhoods
Harris County, City of Houston permitting, and a housing stock built almost entirely in one burst in the mid-1950s. A short run north up Interstate 69.
Southwest Houston
Why 1955 duct systems govern almost every job across these neighbourhoods.
Sharpstown
Where Houston's first fully air-conditioned mall opened, in 1961.
Westbury
About 5,000 ranch houses on big lots, built out between 1955 and 1966.
Meyerland
Original 1955 ranches next door to post-Harvey rebuilds standing several feet higher.
Brays Oaks & Fondren Southwest
The one part of the service area where apartments outnumber houses.
Wider markets
Real coverage, longer drives. A Katy or Pearland address is a planned visit rather than a thirty-minute one.
Beyond these
If your address is not on the list
Work happens in the areas immediately around all of these, and whether a particular address is practical depends on the job and the day rather than on a fixed boundary. Arcola, Pleak, Fulshear, Needville, Manvel, Alief and the rest of southwest Houston all come up regularly.
Call with your address, or the nearest cross streets if it is easier, and you will get a straight yes or no along with a realistic window. That takes about a minute and it is more reliable than reading a coverage map, because the answer depends on the job and on how the day is already booked.
What is the same everywhere
Conditions that do not respect city limits
The climate
Around 102 days a year at or above 90°F, July and August highs near 94°F, and relative humidity averaging about 75%. Cooling season runs roughly April through October across the whole metro.
Attic equipment
Air handlers in attics above finished ceilings are the dominant residential pattern here. That makes condensate drainage the highest-consequence maintenance item regardless of which city the house is in.
Permits and licensing
Mechanical permits are required for system changeouts across these jurisdictions and the contractor pulls them. Texas HVAC contractors are licensed by the TDLR under its air conditioning and refrigeration programme.
Reviews
What customers say
Every published review is five stars, on Google and on Yelp. These are screenshots of the live profiles.
Why people call us
Why homeowners here choose Haswani
Three things that are checkable rather than assertable. Each one is either a number you can verify or something the company can actually do.
The reviews are screenshots, not retyped quotes
All 12 reviews on this site are shown as screenshots of the live Google and Yelp profiles, ten on Google and two on Yelp. A quote retyped into a web page is indistinguishable from one a marketer invented; a screenshot carries the platform’s own chrome, the reviewer’s name and the date. No average rating is claimed anywhere, because 12 screenshots prove these reviews exist without proving they are the complete set.
A duct that has to move does not become somebody else’s job
Haswani runs HVAC alongside construction, electrical and plumbing. A large share of comfort complaints are building problems rather than equipment failures: a return opening undersized when the house was framed, a duct run that has to be rerouted, a circuit that will not carry the new equipment. Most HVAC companies stop where the building begins and hand that off. Here it stays with the same company.
Somebody answers at two in the morning
Emergency HVAC service runs around the clock. Cooling failures are not spread evenly across the year: they cluster on the hottest afternoons, in a city averaging 102 days at or above 90°F. Office hours are monday - saturday, 9:00am - 6:00pm, and the emergency line is not bound by them. The office is on Murphy Road in Stafford, which puts the core service area within about fifteen minutes.
